ALDO AI is a proprietary hosted product. Day-to-day use is governed by the Terms of Service that ship with your subscription, trial, or design-partner agreement. The hosted product, the SDKs (aldo-ai), the CLI (aldo), and the VS Code extension are all available through the trial — see Pricing.

#Source access

The source code is not publicly available. Design partners and Enterprise customers can request access under a separate written agreement that includes:

• A read-only mirror of the repository (or a packaged source drop per release).
• A commercial licence that permits internal use, modification, and audit.
• An NDA covering proprietary internals.

#Self-hosting

Self-hosting is part of the Enterprise tier. We ship a packaged build to your infrastructure with a commercial agreement, dedicated support, and an SLA. The trial and Solo / Team tiers are hosted by us at ai.aldo.tech.

#Trademarks

"ALDO AI" and the ALDO TECH LABS marks are trademarks of ALDO TECH LABS. The trial does not grant any right to use the trademarks beyond identifying ALDO TECH LABS as the origin of the product.
